What Does The Package Include?

Coordinating marketing efforts for new listings can be a challenge so allow us to do it for you! With our Listing Marketing Package all you need to do is send one person listing photos, property details and any other supplemental material you have (floor plans, videos, 3D tours, etc.) and we take care of everything you need to start marketing your new listing online.

When you sign up you will receive:

1. Custom branded property website - complete with a unique domain name with hosting for 1 year - you select your website design!

2. Targeted Facebook ad - you provide 2 target zip codes of your choice for your property ad. Default ad budget on Facebook is $125 for a week-long campaign. A campaign report is provided to you at the end so you can share with your sellers!

3. New listing email blast - email blast includes up to 500 contacts if using our email marketing software with reporting. Alternatively, we can use YOUR Active Pipe account if you prefer.

Proofs for all 3 deliverables provided in 2-3 business days upon receiving the necessary assets from the client.

Whether past clients or colleagues, branded email blasts are a great way to introduce the world to your new listing in a professional, attractive manner. Upon the completion of your email blast campaign you will receive analytical data on how well your campaign received, including link clicks and open rates.
